Happy 2010 to All Our Trivia Face Off Teams and Players!
Trivia Face Off has so much going on that we need to let everyone know what's happening lately!
First and foremost, the First Trivia Nuggets Tournament! After the success of last year's Mammoth Tournament, the Denver Nuggets have asked us to partner with them to have a tournament before the Nuggets game versus the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday, March 20th. Once again, entry fee to the tournament will include a ticket to the Nuggets game! Guaranteed $500 for first place, cash prizes and Nuggets schwag for 2nd and 3rd! Plus gift certificates to TFO locations and various schwag for all teams!
There's only room for so many teams, so make sure to register your team now! Maximum of six players per team, entry fee per person is $25. Visit the TFO website at www.triviafaceoff.com and log in to register your team! Onsite registration will begin at 12:00 noon and first question will be read at 1:00 p.m. More details will be sent in the next two weeks!
In other news, we have added several locations, had to say goodbye to some and are starting up even more in the future!
For the first time in the 12 years Trivia Face Off has been in Denver, we will be hosting a show at an Applebee's! We're very excited about teaming up with this popular chain, and hope you will be too! The inaugural TFO night will be at the Lakewood store, located on Colfax, just west of Kipling. We hope you can join us on Wednesday, March 10th at 8:30 to welcome Applebee's into the TFO world!
The north side of town has seen a boom in new show's recently! Come out to Bender's on Wads in Westminster and join Matt for a fun-filled evening of Trivia! Tuesday nights at 7:30.
Erik has started up TFO at C-Level on 68th in Arvada on Tuesday night's as well, starting at 8:00!
Also on the north end, Wednesday night find's Jen at Hopper's, Kipling and I-70 at 7:30! Volleyball courts, pool tables and great specials!
Head back into town and you'll find Adam at Café@Netherworld, 1278 Pennsylvania at 7:30. Trivia fun close to downtown!
Keep heading south and you'll find TFO's newest Parker location, the Takoda Tavern, located at Parker and Hess. Join Tom and Melissa at 7:00!
Other scheduling news: Chatfield's Escape in Littleton has switched to Thursday nights! And Devon's Pub, still the only smoking bar with TFO, is back on Monday night's now that Monday Night Football is over!
