Molson Trivia FaceOff is a live, interactive, team oriented quiz show that is held at local restaurants and bars weekly. Currently, Molson Trivia FaceOff is conducted at 50 locations throughout the Denver metro area as well as in Fort Collins and Iowa.

ABOUT THE GAME

Molson Trivia FaceOff is comprised of 21 questions in three rounds of play. Trivia questions are from all points of the knowledge spectrum including Entertainment, Sports, History, Geography and the Arts. Point values are assessed for each question depending on difficulty. After the question is asked and displayed on TV screens, the Trivia Host will play a song, giving the teams time to write their answer and Team Name on the answer pads and pencils provided to them. In addition, a companion sheet is distributed, so that teams can track their own score.

At the end of the first and second rounds, a multi-part question is asked, delivering points for each correct answer. At the end of the first and second rounds, prizes such as free pitchers of Molson and game “schwag” are awarded to the team with the highest score.

At the end of the third round, a four-part wager question is asked in which teams can bet up to twenty points of their score, enabling even a low scoring team the chance at the big prizes! At most locations, the first place team receives a $50 Gift Certificate to the establishment, second place $25 and third $15.
